This beautiful day retreat celebrates all aspect of the Divine Feminine, a place of community for women of all ages to connect, rest, celebrate their bodies, and receive love and wisdom from each other. You will be surrounded in healing, calming, loving energy and be able to be truly cared for.
This retreat has been curated as a fundraiser for my stepdaughter who is moving into her last year of midwifery training and has a passion to share her skills in less fortunate parts of the world. She has chosen, alongside two of her student midwife friends, to take their third-year elective placement in Africa.
Not only do they have to find funds to pay for the travel costs and accommodation, but they would also love to be able to take vital, and much needed, medical neonatal and post-partum supplies to their placement with any extra funds raised. All profits raised from this day retreat will be donated to their JustGiving page.

The offering:
We will open at 11am with Ceremonial Cacao in a sacred sharing circle.
This will be a beautiful safe space where you will sit with other women learning. This time will be an opportunity to meet the other women on the retreat and will be lovingly held for you to share your emotions, thoughts and worries, without judgement.
You will be invited to celebrate yourself and all the other women in the circle with some guided shamanic drumming, all drums will be provided and no experience is necessary. Drumming together, celebrating each other and honoring our individual journeys.
We will then move into a gentle yoga asana, where we will honour and celebrate our bodies and the divine feminine. You will be led into a beautiful Sound Bath Meditation in which you will deeply relax and let go of all which is not serving you, raising your vibration and bringing you a true sense of calm and balance.
After the Sound Bath, you will be provided a nourishing plant-based lunch. This time will be free for you to connect with the other women on the retreat in a safe, sacred space.
After lunch we will come back into Sacred Circle and you will be guided through a crystal and essential oil workshop.
You will then be guided to make your own piece of scented intention jewellery with crystal beads, lava and sandalwood beads for oil diffusing, symbolic charms and copper beads.
You will be gifted a Beautiful Boho Divine Feminine Blessings Box, full of handmade holistic tools so you can continue to carry the energies of the retreat with you back into your world.
There will be a Raffle held at the end of the retreat, a wonderful opportunity to win some amazing Divine Feminine Gifts & vouchers.
