Litha is a time of celebration as we look and reflect upon our achievements, observing our projects blossom into fruition. On the Wheel we are directly opposite the Winter Solstice at the shortest day of the year.
At the Winter Solstice when looking inwards to your inner light during the dark half of
the year At Imbolc you tapped into your hopes and dreams for this coming year, created your intentions after looking inwards to your inner light during the dark half of the year,
you planted your seeds at Ostara, felt the manifestation energy of pure potential growing at Beltane, and now here at Litha the Summer Solstice, we celebrate and we bathe in the
light as we obverse all that has manifested for us.
Take the time you need to celebrate yourself and all what has occured for you over the last six months with this beautiful sound journey.
I suggest that you have a cozy blanket to keep yourself warm and glass of water & your journal to hand for when you return.
This Healing Soundbath Journey is best enjoyed through earphones, making sure the levels are not too loud especially when the healing vibrational instruments are being played.
